These past couple of weeks, we have been exploring future careers with the children, and one role that sparked the most excitement was becoming a chef. They decorated their own aprons and chef hats to bring home, just in time to help with holiday cooking. It was a fun way to imagine what they might grow up to be while encouraging creativity and confidence in the classroom.
