Print Enrollment Paperwork
To complete enrollment at Bottineau Children’s Academy, please print and fill out both required forms. The Parent Sheet and Child Sheet must be completed in full and delivered to our location at 117 5th St W, Bottineau, ND 58318. Both sheets are necessary to finalize your child’s enrollment.

Incredibly blessed to have this daycare in our community. It’s hard as a parent to have other people care for your child, but the last couple weeks have been such a relief and non stressful time transitioning into a new daycare. My child is so happy attending preschool there. Getting little updates sent home on what they learn, staff always engaging with the children, and not on cell phones. Bottineau Children’s Academy is a great play and learning environment for our toddlers We love the updates and sometimes pictures they share with us throughout the day on the Bright Wheel app. The staff is very responsive and cares about our kids. We love all the fun and educational art projects they do as well! Our toddlers are excited to go to school each day!
